Alexis Travers Leads Search Retreat Effort at Alvernia University

Alexis Travers from Wayside, N.J., served as a leader for an all-student led Search Retreat at Alvernia University this fall. Travers is studying Early Childhood Education at Alvernia.

The Search experience welcomes all faith traditions and places emphasis on inviting students to experience a great support system by building community with one another. The weekend is filled with interactive events that encourage students to consider their personal and spiritual relationships. Campus Ministry works with student-leaders to offer a new Search Retreat each semester.
