Brian Elliott Competes on Alvernia University's Men's Indoor Track and Field Team

Brian Elliott of Newark, Del., competed as a member of the Crusaders' Men's Indoor Track and Field team for the winter 2013-14 season and the Outdoor Track and Field Team in spring 2014. A graduate of Hodgson Voc-Tech High School Elliott is a Social Work major at Alvernia University.

Alvernia is an active member of the Middle Atlantic Conferences (MAC) - Commonwealth Conference, the Eastern College Athletic Conferences (ECAC) and the NCAA.

The MAC was founded in 1912 and currently consists of 18 member institutions including Albright, Alvernia, Arcadia, Delaware Valley, DeSales, Eastern, Elizabethtown, Fairleigh Dickinson-Florham, Hood, King's, Lebanon Valley, Lycoming, Manhattanville, Messiah, Misericordia, Stevenson, Widener, and Wilkes. The MAC boasts 20 NCAA National Champions in a variety of sports over its 95-year existence.
