Christanna Brown Named To MAC Winter Academic Honor Roll

Alvernia University was represented by 25 student-athletes on the Middle Atlantic Conference Winter Academic Honor Roll for 2014-15. Christanna Brown from Elkton, Md. earned a spot on the MAC Winter Academic Honor Roll as a member of the Crusaders' women's indoor track & field team.
The academic honor roll is comprised of student-athletes who are of sophomore status or higher, who participated in a varsity level sport and registered a cumulative grade-point average of 3.2 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
MAC Winter athletics include men's and women's basketball, men's and women's indoor track & field, men's and women's swimming and wrestling.
Alvernia's Indoor Track & Field team earned 19 spots on the list, with 11 female representatives and 8 men. Men's basketball had four athletes named to the honor roll, while women's basketball had two.
