Christanna Brown Participates on Alvernia University's Women's Indoor & Outdoor Track and Field Teams

Christanna Brown of Elkton, Md., a graduate of Elkton High School participated as a member of the Crusaders' Women's Indoor & Outdoor Track and Field teams in the spring of 2016, while studying Social Work at Alvernia University.

Alvernia is an active member of the Middle Atlantic Conference's (MAC) - Commonwealth Conference, the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) and the NCAA.

The MAC was founded in 1912 and currently consists of 17 member institutions including Albright, Alvernia, Arcadia, Delaware Valley, DeSales, Eastern, Fairleigh Dickinson-Florham, Hood, King's, Lebanon Valley, Lycoming, Manhattanville, Messiah, Misericordia, Stevenson, Widener, and Wilkes. The MAC boasts more than 20 NCAA National Champions in a variety of sports over its 95-year existence.
