Emilia Miller Earns Alvernia University Award

Emilia Miller of Douglassville, Pa., earned the Holleran Center Outstanding Service Award for more than 1,100 hours of service from the University's Holleran Center for Community Engagement , during the 2017 Honors Convocation, April 23.

Miller is studying Nursing at Alvernia.

Ceremony speakers included President Thomas F. Flynn, Ph.D., Lindback Faculty Award recipient Victoria Williams, Ph.D., and Senior Scholar Jerri von den Bosch.
