Emilia Miller Named to Campus Lions Club at Alvernia University

Emilia Miller, a resident of Douglassville, Pa., participated as a member of Alvernia's Campus Lions Club in the spring of 2016, while studying Nursing. Miller is a graduate of Daniel Boone High School.

The purpose of the Alvernia University Campus Lions Club is to help people of our community to see a better tomorrow. The Alvernia chapter supports Lions Club International focusing on programs and services for the blind and visually impaired, aiming to eliminate preventable and reversible blindness. Campus club initiatives include sight programs, support services and preventative care.
