Emily Brady Competes on Alvernia University's Cheerleading Team

Emily Brady of Wilmington, Del., competed as a member of the Crusaders' Cheerleading team for the fall 2013 season. A graduate of Saint Elizabeth High School Brady is a Special Education major at Alvernia University.

Alvernia is an active member of the Middle Atlantic Conferences (MAC) - Commonwealth Conference, the Eastern College Athletic Conferences (ECAC) and the NCAA.

The MAC was founded in 1912 and currently consists of 18 member institutions including Albright, Alvernia, Arcadia, Delaware Valley, DeSales, Eastern, Elizabethtown, Fairleigh Dickinson-Florham, Hood, King's, Lebanon Valley, Lycoming, Manhattanville, Messiah, Misericordia, Stevenson, Widener, and Wilkes. The MAC boasts 20 NCAA National Champions in a variety of sports over its 95-year existence.
