Emily Brady Inducted Into Honor Society at Alvernia University

Emily Brady, a resident of Wilmington, Del., was named Vice President of the university's chapter of Pi Lambda Theta Honor Society in spring 2013. Brady a graduate of Saint Elizabeth High School is a Special Education Pre K-8 major at Alvernia.

Pi Lambda Theta is the oldest and most selective educational honor society that recognizes excellence in education. The mission of PLT is to honor outstanding educators and inspire them to be effective leaders who address critical issues in education. Membership in the society is by invitation only and is open to both undergraduate and graduate students who intend to pursue a career in education.
