Emily Reed Named to Alpha Phi Omega at Alvernia University

Emily Reed, a resident of Akron, Pa., participated as President of the Alvernia's Alpha Phi Omega club in the spring of 2016, while studying Social Work. Reed is a graduate of Ephrata Senior High School.

The national service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega (APO) sponsors an impressive array of community activities, including educational events at local elementary schools, environmental remediation events at public parks, and holiday activities at a local assisted living convent for elderly members of the Bernardine Franciscan Sisters.
