Francesca Lampe receives Alvernian Award for Editorial Leadership from Alvernia University

With Commencement less than a month away, graduating seniors at Alvernia University received awards during the annual Honors Convocation on Sunday, April 13, 2014. Francesca Teresa Lampe earned the Alvernian Award for Editorial Leadership from the English, Communication and CIS Department.

The Alvernian Award for Editorial Leadership is presented to a graduating senior who has exceptionally contributed to the production of the student newspaper, The Alvernian. These contributions include but are not limited to producing high quality editorial content, maintaining an attractive and accessible layout, and sustaining the newspaper’s expected release schedule.

Lampe of Philadelphia, Pa., will graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in May.
