Jennifer Toledo Selected for Assisi Pilgrimage

Alvernia University student Jennifer Toledo of Reading, Pa., was selected to participate in the Association of Franciscan Colleges and Universities' Franciscan Pilgrimage during winter break. Toledo is a graduate of Reading High School.

A junior early childhood education major at Alvernia, Jennifer is a founding member of Alpha Phi Omega, and regularly works with the Holleran Center for Community Engagement. She plays saxophone for the Alvernia musical community, and is a member of the university’s volleyball team.

During the pilgrimage, she is looking forward to meeting other student-believers who are encouraged by the example of St. Francis.
