Katlyn Roginsky Participates on Alvernia University's Cheerleading Team

Katlyn Roginsky of Bath, Pa., participated as a member of the Crusaders' Cheerleading team in the spring of 2015. Roginsky is majoring in Biochemistry at Alvernia University and is a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School.

The Crusader Cheerleading team performs during all men's and women's basketball home games, and often travels to away games, as well as participating in community events. Alvernia is an active member of the Middle Atlantic Conference's (MAC) - Commonwealth Conference, the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) and the NCAA.

The MAC was founded in 1912 and currently consists of 17 member institutions including Albright, Alvernia, Arcadia, Delaware Valley, DeSales, Eastern, Fairleigh Dickinson-Florham, Hood, King's, Lebanon Valley, Lycoming, Manhattanville, Messiah, Misericordia, Stevenson, Widener, and Wilkes. The MAC boasts more than 20 NCAA National Champions in a variety of sports over its 95-year existence.
