Kerry Cain receives Sister Pacelli Award from Alvernia University

With Commencement less than a month away, graduating seniors at Alvernia University received awards during the annual Honors Convocation on Sunday, April 13, 2014. Kerry Elizabeth Cain earned the Sister Pacelli Award from the Criminal Justice Department.

The Sister Pacelli Award is presented to a graduating senior in criminal justice for dedication to the core Franciscan values of service, humility, peacemaking, contemplation, and collegiality.

Cain of Pomeroy, Pa., will graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in May.
