Melanie Thuy Trinh Nguyen Graduates from Alvernia University

Melanie Thuy Trinh Nguyen of Sinking Spring, Pa., Berks County, will receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Alvernia University . Nguyen studied at the university's Main Campus. In addition, Nguyen received the university's Excellence in Community Health Nursing Award.

Alvernia's graduation ceremonies on May 11, 2013 include a Baccalaureate Mass (10:30 a.m.) on main campus, and Commencement (2 p.m.) at the Sovereign Center, Reading, Pa. Commencement speaker Dr. Beverly Malone will receive an honorary degree of humane letters before addressing students.
