Monica Santiago receives Betty Ford Center Academic Award - Philadelphia Center from Alvernia University

With Commencement less than a month away, graduating seniors at Alvernia University received awards during the annual Honors Convocation on Sunday, April 13, 2014. Monica Ariana Santiago earned the Betty Ford Center Academic Award - Philadelphia Center from the School of Graduate & Adult Education.

The Betty Ford Center Academic Award is presented to a Philadelphia Center behavioral health graduate who has attained the highest grade point average.

Santiago of Philadelphia, Pa., will graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in May.
