Ofelia Villasenor Performs in Sounds of the Season Chorus

Ofelia Villasenor of Reading, Pa., performed as a Alto in the "Sounds of the Season" Chorus, in Alvernia University's Francis Hall Theater, Dec. 3, 2016. The group was directed by Jennifer Michalik and accompanied by Diane Dunkelberger on piano.

The choral group sang a number of seasonal melodies including a traditonal Spanish carol "A la Nanita Nana," (soloists Melisa Rivera, Gabriella Santiago) as well as "Lully, Lulla, Lullay" (soloists Gabriella Santiago, Rebecca Dunst), "Go Tell it on the Mountain" (soloists Rebecca Dunst, Natalie Lawton, Caroline McCormick, Summer Mankey), and "Let it Snow" (soloists Matt Walsh, Caroline McCormick).

Villasenor is studying Accounting at the university.
