Ofelia Villasenor Performs in Spring Concert

Ofelia Villasenor of Reading, Pa., sang Alto in the 2017 Spring Concert, held in Alvernia University's Francis Hall Theater, May 6.

Directed by Jennifer Michalik, and accompanied by Diane Dunkelberger on piano, Alvernia Chorus sang ten songs including "Burn" - from Hamilton - for which Rebecca Dunst performed sign language. The concert band, directed by James Seidel, performed several pieces, including "American Flourish," "Accolada," A Percy Grainger Suite," and "Crosley March."

Villasenor is studying Accounting at the university.
