Rachel DeBias of Collegeville, Pa., earned the Outstanding Undergraduate Education Major Award from the College of Professional Programs' Education department, during the 2017 Honors Convocation, April 23.
DeBias is studying Early Childhood Education with Special Education at Alvernia.
Ceremony speakers included President Thomas F. Flynn, Ph.D., Lindback Faculty Award recipient Victoria Williams, Ph.D., and Senior Scholar Jerri von den Bosch.
