Rachel Debias Participates on Alvernia University's Dance Team

Rachel Debias of Collegeville, Pa., participated as a member of the Crusaders' Dance Team in the spring of 2015. Debias is majoring in Early Childhood Education/Special Education at Alvernia University and is a graduate of Pope John Paul II High School.

The Alvernia University Dance Team performs at all home games for the men's and women's basketball teams. Their season runs from mid-summer through the spring semester of the school year.

The MAC was founded in 1912 and currently consists of 17 member institutions including Albright, Alvernia, Arcadia, Delaware Valley, DeSales, Eastern, Fairleigh Dickinson-Florham, Hood, King's, Lebanon Valley, Lycoming, Manhattanville, Messiah, Misericordia, Stevenson, Widener, and Wilkes. The MAC boasts more than 20 NCAA National Champions in a variety of sports over its 95-year existence.
