Rachel Fritz Competes on Women's Golf Team at Alvernia

Rachel Fritz of Kenhorst, Pa., is competing as a member of the Crusaders' Women's Golf team in fall 2015. Fritz is majoring in Healthcare Science at Alvernia University and is a graduate of Governor Mifflin Senior High School.

Alvernia is an active member of the Middle Atlantic Conference's (MAC) - Commonwealth Conference, the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) and the NCAA.

The MAC was founded in 1912 and currently consists of 17 member institutions including Albright, Alvernia, Arcadia, Delaware Valley, DeSales, Eastern, Fairleigh Dickinson-Florham, Hood, King's, Lebanon Valley, Lycoming, Manhattanville, Messiah, Misericordia, Stevenson, Widener, and Wilkes. The MAC boasts more than 20 NCAA National Champions in a variety of sports over its 95-year existence.
