Samantha Barsuk honored at Alvernia University

Top students at Alvernia University received awards at the annual Honors Convocation on Sunday, April 26, 2015. Samantha Barsuk from Chestnut Ridge, N.Y., earned the High Achievement Award in Theology from the Humanities department.

The High Achievement Award is presented to a senior who maintains a grade point average of 3.5 in a particular field of humanities, as well as a cumulative grade point average of 3.3.

Barsuk is studying Criminal Justice at Alvernia.
