Tanja Denita Lewis of Philadelphia, Pa., Philadelphia County, will receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Health with a minor in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Alvernia University magna cum laude. Lewis studied at the university's Philadelphia Center.
Alvernia's graduation ceremonies on May 11, 2013 include a Baccalaureate Mass (10:30 a.m.) on main campus, and Commencement (2 p.m.) at the Sovereign Center, Reading, Pa. Commencement speaker Dr. Beverly Malone will receive an honorary degree of humane letters before addressing students.
