Taylor Fouracre Receives Accolades for Freshman Honors Work

Taylor Fouracre from West Chester, Pa., was awarded First place for her Honors Freshmen Research Paper titled “Aristotle on Friendship and the Good.” Fouracre is an Occupational Therapy major at Alvernia University.

Freshman Honors students enrolled in Philosophy 105 (taught by Dr. Janae Sholtz) and Communication 101 (taught by Dr. Richard Law) displayed results of their original research papers at the university's annual Research Symposium this fall.

Submitted research papers were judged by Dr. Tom Flynn, Dr. Peggy Bowen-Hartung, and Dr. Kevin Donnelly and senior-level Honors Thesis students served as poster judges.
